Silba and Olib

Sightseeing, swimming and entertainment on Olib and Silba, islands of the Zadar archipelago, known for the beauty of their landscape and the preserved island lifestyle, far away from traffic jams and city crowds.

These small green islands with one village apiece, each necklaced by sparkling-clean beaches, are well off the usual tourist repertoire but easily accessible by boat from Povljana.

You will have a choice of swimming at one of the beautiful local sandy beaches and sightseeing. The village on Silba offers several great restaurants for a lovely lunch by the seaside.

Zmijnka and Mlinica

A short ride north of Povljana lie these two undiscovered gems of Pag island.

Rt Zmijnka offers uncomparable vistas towards the open sea and will help you understand how vast and powerful The Adriatic really is.

Mlinica Beach is a relatively unknown stretch of the coast only a short ride away from Povljana. Enjoy in the peace and quiet or spend your time snorkelling, the choice is yours.

Pag bridge and Nin

The Pag Bridge – in Croatian called Paški most – is the bridge that connects the island of Pag to the Croatian mainland. The structure is 301 meters long and 9 meters wide, providing one of the best views in the world. It has a 201 meters long arch that rises 35 meters above a part of the Adriatic Sea which is called Ljubačka Vrata.

Nin will captivate you at first sight. You can enjoy walking along its romantic streets, be amazed by the sandy beaches and you will not be able to resist touching the toe of one of the most famous lucky charms, the bronze statue of Bishop Gregory of Nin located beside the Church of St. Anselm. The statue of the Bishop, patron of Old Church Slavonic and the local Glagolitic script, is the work of Ivan Meštrović, a world famous artist, who gifted two similar statues to Split and Varaždin.
